• When submitting assignments, ensure you have permission to share images of identifiable people where required, and respect local regulations and ethical standards.
• Do not attempt to access non-public areas of the service or interfere with security-related features.

Intellectual Property

All course materials, branding, and site content are owned by us or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access course materials for your personal learning purposes.
• You retain ownership of your original photos you submit, but you grant us permission to display them within the course environment for critique and instructional purposes.

Training is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee specific results, employment outcomes, revenue, or creative recognition. Your progress depends on your effort, equipment, and circumstances.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim related to a course is limited to the amount you paid for that course.
